But this Client of mine is optometry student who used to travel for more than 100 Kms everyday (both ways).Still managed to gain her healthy weight back as well as improved her skin,Hair and also digestive issues..

Hesitant to take the diet consultation as she was still breastfeeding her child.

From 75 kgs to 68 kgs within a month to be precise.

If at the age of 56 she can lead a healthy and disease free life simply with exercise and diet than so can you.
Rather than weight loss (even though she has lost 5 kgs:pray: in a months time)I can simply say it was a healing journey for her.:heart:
P.S She has not able to do simple exercises for many months but now she can easily do workout for half an hour to 45 minutes.
My Friend @madhumitasalatry had weight plateaud for a many months inspite of doing regular workouts.
But within a month of following diet and lifestyle changes she lost around 4kgs in a month and her overall health has improved.
